feat(自动评分): 重构自动评分服务并添加规则管理界面

- 重构AutoScoreService,支持更灵活的触发器和行动配置
- 新增规则管理界面,支持触发器和行动的动态添加与编辑
- 将规则存储从设置迁移到独立JSON文件
- 在设置页面添加版权信息
- 仅在开发环境显示开发中提示
- 调整文件系统服务初始化顺序
